We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Esthetician to join our growing NUSCULPT Medspa team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional skincare services to our valued clients. Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and other advanced skin treatments, tailored to each client's specific needs and concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations to evaluate clients' skin conditions, identify issues, and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.
• Administer laser hair removal and other advanced cosmetic procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Educate clients on skincare products, treatment options, and post-treatment care, ensuring their understanding and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any necessary documentation related to skincare services.
• Assist with the retail sales of skincare products and contribute to achieving sales targets by providing expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with medical professionals, including dermatologists and plastic surgeons, to ensure seamless coordination of care for clients seeking both medical and aesthetic treatments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and industry standards in skincare treatments, technologies, and products through continuous education and training.
• Adhere to all sanitation, hygiene, and infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, personalized attention, and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

• Esthetician license/certification from an accredited program.
• Previous experience working as an Esthetician in a medical spa or a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning.
• Proficient in performing laser hair removal and other advanced cosmetic procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate clients and build rapport effectively.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate client records and treatment plans.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Med spa: 1 year (Preferred)
• Esthetic laser treatment: 1 year (Preferred)
